I often have to double top up with my…

I often have to double top up with my kids and my phone despite not going over the months limit. Quite annoying and a complete theft by Windtre. Have stood in line several times and they won't fix the problem.

No response to request for unlock code

I requested an unlock code for my pocket cube dongle at the end of my 30 month contract. To do this I had to register and pay for a secure PEC email at postecert.it and pay €12, complete a WindTre request form with the original contract information and send the secure email. Apart from an immediate automated response I have heard nothing in 3 weeks despite reminders. The complexity of the telephone help options mean it is impossible to speak with Windtre and the chat service is frequently down and unavailable from the app without a current service number.

The WindTre service is so poor why would anyone go back to them. They don't listen to customers needs, they just take their money.

Wind tre internet e molto male

Wind tre internet e molto male, hanno grande problemmi con la rete e copertura. Ho problemmi da 1 mesa e 3 settimane e loro hanno fato un grande ****. Sono molti incompetenti chi si occupa con l'antenne. Stati lontano da loro. Ci sonno altri miglori operatori dove pagi meno per piu meglio qualita. Sono arabiato che ho dovuto canciare con wind.

Wind internet has got big problems with the rate and cover. I had problems for over 1 month and a half and these animals are so lazy they dont even give their interest. Incompetent fools who got no idea how to repair a problem. They want your money, they even rob you (legaly they say) if they can but they dont offer the service for the money they ask for. Stay away ! There are better operator with much better quality and a lower price also. I'm sad that i had to start with wind.

Very bad service And information this…

Very bad service And information this year!
In previous years we had no problems, but in 2019 IT's terrible.
We bought a sim ricaricabile with 100gigs 4g internet. First is costs 10 € for the sim (witch we already had!) Secondly we had yo pay three times van additional 10 € to get IT working. Now after almost three weeks we still Wait on Our 4g connection.
The clientarea is NOT working so you have to go to the 3 store (30 minuten drive one-way). They claim NOT to speak any language but Italian when you have a complaint. When you come for the first time to but the sim it's no problem speaking both english or german.

This was the last time I ever buy form Tre or Wind. They're simply impossible.

Stole 25€ from my account - gave me back 5€ !!!

Completely different company and service compared to UK and Denmark!
1 year ago I signed up for 9gb, 9€ per month .. one year later its 13.02€ per month ... and, without any notice, services that costs 2,5€ per week were activated. I had no idea how and why - and after loong talks with support, they agreet to disable this, ofc, I had to verify this .. funny I didnt have to verify anything for the activation! of the 25€ I lost on this, they gave me back 5€ .. from many other reviews I see this is the general scam. Find a better provider!

Its the worst network because the …

Its the worst network because the mobile plan gets activated 24 hours after payment, so you cant use your phone for 1 entire day. I have had to recharge my phone 6 times in 10 days because of this issue since I am travelling and I absolutely need to use my work. They need to realize that its 2017!!

It is incredibly slow to completely useless.

As part of our rental payment, we are to have free internet. It has a 1/G limit that is painfully slow and often doesn't even give off enough of a signal to even show up on our devices. Our landlord has shrugged and says he is in a 2 year contract so it is not his problem! We squeeze out maybe 1/3 G before it is unfunctionable although some days it won't even give us that. Read the small print and TUM!😳
