Bam! charged again

Bam!! First time using Ryanair we got hit for €220/55 each for 4 of us for not booking on their site. Nowhere does it say this is not allowed and why allow Booking.com this privilege if they know we would get dinged.
Bam! Second and last time flying Ryanair, my son's backpack, although filled with clothes and could fit under the seat, was apparently too big by Ryanair standards and €54 was charged or we couldn't get on the flight.

This is not my kind of airline. This is just being plain old predatory. We now call it Rottenair and stay clear of it.

Terrible after service

Terrible after service. Took them weeks to finally get back to me after I sent several messages.

I bought a damaged Liv Devote 2 gravel bike and they told me the nut in the frame for the bottle cage that was stripped was my fault!

Never doing service with Bike24 again. They could have handled it so much better.

Don't buy bikes from Bike24

First time at Melia - Terribly Run Feel Sorry for Staff

First time at Melia. Went to Cabo Verde and it was hard to enjoy. The policies made by Melia also make it impossible for staff and they come off as defensive.

The all inclusive had poor quality food and drink. Also impossible to get into a la carte. Rooms in varying levels of disrepair.

It feels like Melia upper brass are detached from the customer experience.

I often have to double top up with my…

I often have to double top up with my kids and my phone despite not going over the months limit. Quite annoying and a complete theft by Windtre. Have stood in line several times and they won't fix the problem.

Disappointed

This is what happens when you lose touch with your customers.

I knew things were bad with Scotiabank when we were left in Florida with no credit card because we paid off our mortgage the week prior and the card.was attached to the plan. Spent hours on the phone and nobody ever apologized. We moved bank location figuring the mortgage specialist messed up.

But it is deeper than that. I believe Scotiabank is more concerned about their bottom line or stock number.

We applied for our 4th mortgage in some 20 years. Contacted Scotiabank for pre-approval and they sent an email with my name spelled improperly saying they need everything from drivers license to 2 years ago tax returns despite us having the equity.

Time to move on.

I got ROBBED on Agoda

I got robbed on Agoda. Twice the price as on the hotel website and I am noticing a trend throughout. I wouldnt use this app. Go to the hotel site instead.
