I am receiving poor service from the…
I am receiving poor service from the courier company. I have submitted my license renewal request 29 Sept 2025, to date I have not received the delivery. I did contact Skynet on 9 October, they promised delivery on 13 Oct before 11:00, I did took the morning off at work to ensure I am at home for the scheduled delivery. I left for work at 13:00, still not sign of the delivery. I am working 85 km away from home. By 14:00 the driver called me requesting the address for delivery?, I did send him a pin location. At 16:30 he called me again and said he had to change his scheduled but will still deliver, I even arranged with him and my Neighbour to accept the delivery. To date I have not received the delivery and cannot use the vehicles as the discs have already expired.

Horrible experience the worst delivery ever we got the express delivery but our package still hasn’t arrived it has been 2 weeks very disappointing

I'me very impressed with Skynet, after reading some reviews I was very concerned initially waiting for my package from Pakistan to arrive so I only thought it right to give my feedback as they where exceptional from the day the package was sent until delivery, I was kept informed every step of the way using the tracking system, I called them on two occasions and they where polite and quick to get through to, the lady on reception was very informative and kind as where the customer service's when my package was held up fir a few days whilst going through customs, I even sent an email enquiring and they responded the very next day, my package was undamaged and handed over to DPD for its final journey and they where quick and kept me upto date with every move on the Skynet tracking aswell as DPD tracking, I couldn't fault it, I will definitely be using Skynet again and one of the best couriers I've used and delt with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and most recommend.
5 time out on delivery and still no delivery
Had me on hold till the 17h00 when they dropped the call and try to call back and automated answering that the office hours are from 08h00 to 17h00.
They have a problem with get my order to me for over 5 times each day it was out on delivery.

Liars! They say they deliver on certain days and they don't. I don't mind paying for customs but atleast call me and plan it in with me. They're making up so many lie's.
Eventually I called myself and have been waiting for 3 hours now, for what exactly? To pick up the packages myself at the warehouse 40 minutes away from home in the evening because delivery time is closed even tho they promised to deliver themselves today!
Senior Mohamed and customer service Ibrahim need to be cleared from their positions, I've never worked with onproffesional people like them before. They have no idea what they're doing.

Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct
Despite multiple follow-ups, your team has been unable to trace my parcel or provide me with accurate information about its location and status. This lack of transparency and accountability is highly concerning, as I entrusted your company with this delivery.
What makes this situation worse is the manner in which my inquiries were handled. During one of my calls, the representative abruptly hung up the phone on me. This behavior is both unprofessional and disrespectful, adding unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing experience.
In Limbo - neither delivered or returned and radio silence from Sky Net
Ordered Charlotte Tilbury online on the 1 May 2025, its now 22 September, no order.
I contacted Global Express / Sky Net by phone On 10 and 19 May explaining I was flying to Japan on the 21 May and would not be available for 16 days to pick it up if delivered.
On the 20 May I was informed my parcel had not been released from customs and that they would contact me back before I left. I never heard back.
As I was waiting at Sydney Airport on the 21 May I received a message my package had been delivered in Canberra. I rang Sky Net / Global Express at 12:26 and asked if they could leave my package at the Dickson Newsagency and I would collect it on my return. I was told that it was not up to the postal courier but the collection spot. I called Dickson Newsagency who didnt mind when it got collected.
I returned to canberra and went to collect my parcel on the 10 June. I was told by the Newsagency collection point the Courier, Global Express, had collected my parcel one week after failed delivery and that it is the decision of the courier service if they leave the package with them.
I called Global Express / Sky Net. I was told my package was still in Sydney. The customer service person raised an investigation and explained my Parcel would be sent to me again.
On the 11 July I followed up on the investigation and status of my parcel via the Chat feature and was told nothing had changed. Staff could not give me any details on the status of my investigation and stated nobody knew if my package was being returned or was being redilivered. I was given a 13 hundred number which hung up on me multiple times.
On 16 July I followed up again and was told my parcel was being returned. I was told the outcomes of the investigation were unknown. I was told to send an email.
On 21 August I sent an email to customer care and provided the tracking number. I still have no idea where my parcel is, what is happening with the investigation or when Charlotte Tilbury will be able to refund my purchase.
I have followed up twice, 12 September and 22 September on my order and what is happening with it. Sky Net have not responded.
Whether over the phone, via their chat feature or by email Sky Net do not respond and do not follow up on complaints, their own investigations, returns or failed deliveries. I have been told multiple different stories and reasons for the failed delivery and still the package has not been returned.
Im left in limbo, I cannot get a refund from Charlotte Tilbury and I cannot have my package delivered.

The worst experience ever. I am also dissapointed that a strong company like Vodacom makes use of one of the worst courier companies in South Africa. This is the third day that they message me that my package will be delivered before 5 pm. They confine me to home on false promises.

What a worst experience I am having, it's been 4 days and I'm waiting for the product I ordered from RDX sports, already made 6 calls to the customer care of Skynet each time same answer that it's out for delivery, yet here I'm writing a review while waiting for it.

This really worst from agent to management. Agents doesnt even know how to talk. Sarah from call center very rude. Confirming delivery time to customer and the end they are telling they are not be able to delivery parcel at that time and will charge 250aed for special delivery. If i can just post all the screenshots you will be shock on how they are handling customer complaints you will all be shocked
I was expecting my package on Friday
I was expecting my package on Friday, but the status showed “Unsuccessful delivery” even though I was at home all day (I work from home). The driver didn’t attempt to contact me, and I struggled to reach customer service via WhatsApp.
After emailing, I received an apology, but now they’re trying to rearrange delivery for Monday. Since they operate on Saturdays, the initial failure has created an even bigger inconvenience
If you can avoid using them, avoid at all costs.

They promised I would receive the parcel by Monday. I have this written in email that it would be delivered by Monday. They are giving generic messages and tracking has not been updated on the site. Really please avoid them.

The worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Truly a disappointment. I tried to get information about my package for 2 weeks, but no one ever responded. Their tracking system is terrible and never updated. After 2 weeks of sending emails, I finally found out that my package had been left under the trash bin. That day I was home all day (because I work from home!). They didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell—just dropped it and left. Even if I hadn’t answered the door, what kind of logic is it to leave a package under a trash bin without any notice? Of course, my product was either stolen or thrown away…

This company is terrible -- do not go through them. My current package is lost in the ether and it's tracking number pulls up nothing on their site. Yet they have the gall to text and say I owe duty on the package -- even though I can't track it in their system.

I have been waiting for my order since last week friday l had to track my parcel and its says bad address that time the driver didn’t even bother to call me,on Saturday l had call them to ask about my order they said they don’t deliver on Saturday so l will get my order on monday so l have been waiting since then on traker it says bad delivery.l dont understand this its been 4 days wait.
