I ordered a color changing mug, it needs to be filled with HOT water (coffee) and it changes. It will Not change with Hot Tap water. The company was so patient and kind with me on a return/ exchange. I would recommend to anyone and will buy again from them.

I purchased the "To My Daughter” mug as a just because gift and she absolutely loved it!! She loves it so much she wanted one for her daughter. Of course I ordered it. Both mugs came in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I recommend this company all the time!!

Ordered a cup for my daughter that is supposed to change color when filled - nothing happens - sent an email to the company - no response. Terrible customer service and bad product!

Had ordered mug when it came the handle was broken as there is no packing in the box. Had to contact customer service and go thru 4 steps to have it replaced. I even mentioned to customer service to make sure there is some sort of packing in the box when the replacement mug was shipped. Low and behold no packing in the box. Although the replacement mug was not damaged this time I felt they could have headed the warning. Had to take pictures of the broken mug and upload them. Make sure if you order something that is breakable to do due diligence to have them put packing in the box

The product met all my expectations. I am most pleased with how fast I received an answer from them and how they fully explained hoe it works. Anytime I've had questions or needed any help or explanations it was given immediately.

I ordered and paid $19.99 a piece for 4 identical mugs for my daughters. I received one mug only and it was chipped. I purchased it through a Facebook link so didn't have an order #, but did have a shipping tracking number. You can't contact the company without an order number. So, with the shipping charges I've paid $100 for one chipped mug. I am very upset and don't know how to get this resolved. I've sent an email but it ws rejected by I didn't have the properly formatted order #.
