I received the mug I ordered for my husband. He was shocked when he made his cup of tea and the mug changed on both sides with a lovely and caring note to my husband. He loves it!!!

Received mug fast but it was damaged on shipment and was the wrong colour. Tried emiling 4 times no reponse.finally got a refund with paypal. Not ordering from them again. The mug had no protection for traveling to canada or any country.
