Had to reorder replacement mug broken handle …

Had ordered mug when it came the handle was broken as there is no packing in the box. Had to contact customer service and go thru 4 steps to have it replaced. I even mentioned to customer service to make sure there is some sort of packing in the box when the replacement mug was shipped. Low and behold no packing in the box. Although the replacement mug was not damaged this time I felt they could have headed the warning. Had to take pictures of the broken mug and upload them. Make sure if you order something that is breakable to do due diligence to have them put packing in the box
