ho effettuato un ordine per un regalo con largo anticipo, ed il giorno prima della prevista consegna, precisando che ho pagato 8 euro extra per la spedizione, mi viene comunicato, dopo aver effettuato il pagamento e aver sollecitato tramite whatsapp l'azienda, che l'articolo non è disponibile. non è una questione di rimborso ma di scarsissima serietà verso il cliente, e per questa negligenza non potrò esaudire un regalo richiesto. non ordinate!
