I purchased new Aqua Medic dc 3.3 pump from Sewatec A.E and it was factory faulty as the motor made a strange noise. I contacted Sewatec support and had to pay 21.90€ to get the pump fixed. I got proof from the factory that the pump was replaced. Support washed their hands from the case and I needed to contact Aqua Medic directly. And the shipping fee was never paid back to me by Sewatec even tho they promised it through the support. Can't recommend Sewatec A.E.
Also should have read the Impirt that the company is registered in Malta. We shouldn't support this kind of activity.
