Upon entering your store in Warrington, we were made to feel relaxed and welcome.A young man called Dale was very professional and helpful. He let us take our time and look around, but when we needed help and advice he was there. All your staff are a credit to your company.

More accommodating delivery drivers. Quite rude, dropped furniture, knocked over garden ornaments. Didn’t want to unpack for 2 elderly customers

We received regular notifications and updates on the delivery time this was really helpful. The delivery was excellent, the guys unpacked and positioned sofa exactly were we wanted it and all of the packaging was taken away.

Communications throughout were amazing even to the point where I could track the delivery vehicle on a map! The delivery guys were really friendly and took great care in getting the furniture into the house. Set up went smoothly and everything looks great. Very happy. 😊

I walked in to the Warrington store and was greeted with “welcome to SCS” by a lovely lady called Carla. She then allowed me to browse. Seeing me sat on a sofa she came over to chat, she was very knowledgable about what you sell. Asked me what I was looking for in a sofa and then showed me a few more options. After choosing my sofa she then went out of her way to bring material samples over so I could choose my colour. Even taking samples off the wall. Her customer service skills are excellent. Friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had a lovely experience in your store thanks to Carla. And look forward to delivery of my sofas.

Absolutely disgusted with this company and the insurer. Less than two years into a four year payment plan, still owing well over £1,000 for the three piece suite, and paying for the insurance too, the sofa and chair have peeling leather on the arms and seats, but Castellan (the insurer) say only the electric recliner mechanism is insured and won't allow the claim. SCS won't even look at it either unless I pay a £75 fee, but have already alluded to these kind of things being caused by people sitting on them - IT IS A THREE PIECE SUITE SO THAT IS WHAT WE USE IT FOR! Incidentally, the recliner that Castellan insure hasn't got this same damage, but the same people sit on it. Looking at it, this appears to be made from better quality leather.
After two years of simply sitting on a sofa and chair, a brand new leather suite shouldn't look as shoddy as this - I won't be using SCS again if this is the quality of their goods and service. Appaling.

From looking around the store with plenty of choice
then getting advice on what would suit us from a
very helpful store assistant.and because i have a disabilty they gave us a very good deal on the sofa and lift up chair.we also got to choose the material and colour.The delivery service was very good,kept us informed all the way while tracking the van.When they arrived they were very helpful and understanding also very jolly made us feel at ease.even showed us how to take them apart if we ever moved.

I received an update on my order's delivery. The delivery is on schedule, and the staff handled my product with great care!

STAY WELL CLEAR. I have been lied to spoken to like poo. I have been lefted with no furniture and we are disabled.

Received a text 12 hours before delivery with no contact details so had to go into store to rearrange delivery. Upon delivery the gliders that we’d paid extra for weren’t fitted and the leather care kit wasn’t delivered. I phoned the distribution centre which posted out the gliders for us to fit ourselves, unfortunately I cannot help to lift the couch so these still haven’t been fitted and still not received the leather care kit.
The couch itself creaks when using the recliner which never happened on our old couch.
Extremely Poor customer service.

We were in Warrington shopping and decided to just look in SCS as moving in October and will need a new sofa. No intention of buying today but the store was closing for refurbishment.
Dale and Lisa were amazing. They listened to what my needs were and guided me to the sofas on offer. They even through in a chair and footstool for free. The sofas are amazing quality and delivery tomorrow as they needed the store to be empty.

I was even able to put the massively discounted price on finance and given water and lolly ices while we waited!

Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend.

Got notification of time of my delivery, was able to track the couriers. On arrival both men were very friendly , handeled the lounge suite with care and the assembly was very proffessionaly done.
pictures were taken as proof that the lounge suite arrived without any damage.
My entire experience from time of purchase from Warrington SCS to the delivery of my lounge suite was simply the best.

Our sales man Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying. He described well all of the various facilities on the sofa's we were buying. The most attractive thing was the discount that was agreed with us. Oh and the coffee he made was OK for for a tea drinker.

Dale was great assisting us today in purchasing our new sofa. Very knowledgeable. Customer service was fantastic, Answered all questions that we had. We had a very pleasant experience in store.
