This company recently helped my husband and I relocate from Leicestershire to Cumbria. The staff were efficient and prompt. No issues. I did have to insist that as they we're packing our items the day before completion they needed to come at 8am not 2pm as it was a large house to pack and there was no way it would have been done in time but they were flexible and it ran smoothly.

On time. Worked hard. Very polite. Very helpful. Patient! Nothing too much trouble. Very careful. Very tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from this company. We ordered one van with two guys for our house move and they arrived promptly and were courteous throughout. They had boundless energy and literally did not stop from the moment they arrived, ensuring that everything was completed within the allocated time allowance.

Arrived on time, excellent customer service. Unloaded everything where we asked - nothing too much trouble. That is after having to keep changing the moving date (and they accommodated throughout) thanks to solicitors!

Brilliant! A friend referred them and I wasn't disappointed. They have a "can-do" attitude - they dismantled things where they needed to and put them back together on the other side. They were very quick and efficient. Very pleasant. Very good price. I cannot recommend them enough. We moved from the midlands to the south coast and we had no problems at all.

I was nervous that I am going to move long distance but I have got very nice service and everything was very smooth and clear.. I definitely recommend them

They were on time. They put protection down on the floors in the house we were moving from so as to jot cause damage. They bought their own bubble wrap and clingfilm wrap which they used on bug pieces of furniture or glass items that required moving. Thorough! They even had a cover to go over the mattress to protect it during removal. We moved across country and they were the cheapest. They waited patiently at the new property from 1230-530 when we finally got the keys. Great strong team could not recommend them enough!

Absolutely superb service from initial quoting through to move day!
From the first point of contact with Lawrence the service provided has been brilliant.
The quote was very competitive and Lawrence kept in regular contact throughout to see how our move was progressing, He genuinely seemed interested in how we were getting on, rather than just checking for sales purposes. Lawrence made us feel very valued as customers and was polite, efficient and freindly throughout, answering any queries quickly and professionally.
On move day we were kept informed of arrival via text which was very reasurring and after a quick appraisal of what needed to be loaded, the team made swift progress.
We felt our belongings were dealt with the utmost of respect and we had no breakages or damage at all.
The removal team finished loading after just a couple of hours, and as our completion was straightforward, once we had collected the keys, they were waiting for us outside our new home.
Unloading went very well too, with the team double checking where boxes needed to be placed if our labelling was not too clear! Again, they treated our new home and belongings with the utmost of respect and worked like trojans, completing the unloading very quickly and efficiently.
The kindness and efficient nature of how the team were throughout the day made what could have been a very stressful day actually quite enjoyable!
We would wholeheartedly recommend RP for anyone considering removal companies and we are sure you will be equally delighted with them! Top notch service for everything!

Great team of movers. Turned up on time and loaded up quickly, dealt with a few issues that turned up while moving white goods. Waited at the new property while we were delayed and unloaded as careful as they’d loaded. No breakages, helpful and polite made the day much less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and value from a dependable hardworking team. This is our second time moving with RP and I can’t praise them highly enough. Matteo and Luca were a pleasure to work with and super strong! Nothing was too much trouble . Runners to cover carpet and checking where and what priority we wanted things in. Fantastic service from start to finish. The Packers were efficient and professional, then the following day the move went like clockwork. Would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Did a great job, only issue with a cheap cupboard that broke apart after the move. Everything was taken down and moved quickly and then put back.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Moved my Mum from Milton Keynes to Liverpool in a job that took 2 days. Every member of staff we encountered was top class and despite long delays on the second day meaning a very late finish they never stopped smiling! An absolute credit to their industry!
