I’ve used Valspar V700 paint numerous times and always been happy with results. Made the huge mistake this time of purchasing the cheaper V500 at B&Q’s recommendation. You’d be better off with Wilkos own brand. The paint covers poorly and cracks and peals easily. A quick search of the internet shows hundreds of reviews detailing the same issue going back months. I’m genuinely stunned that Valspar and B&Q continue to sell what is clearly a defective product. When you complain to B&Q they have a complaints procedure just for this paint which tells you everything you need to know. Paint cost me £200+ as well as another £150 to buy a different brand so I could apply a decent finish. Avoid!!!

Initially left a very poor review having spent £80 on 8 bulbs only for two to blow within a matter of hours. Innrs customer service team responded to my query within a few hours and within 48 hours I had my replacement bulbs without quibble! A bad start but they redeemed themselves superbly. Ajay who dealt with my query was brilliant too!

Sold these guys five shirts and was really impressed. Quick to respond and offered me 30% more than another leading site. Money was in my account within 48 hours of them being received. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this company again.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Moved my Mum from Milton Keynes to Liverpool in a job that took 2 days. Every member of staff we encountered was top class and despite long delays on the second day meaning a very late finish they never stopped smiling! An absolute credit to their industry!
