5* service Richer Sounds. I have impaired hearing. Kaz and his Oxford team were endlessly patient and gave me expert advice and ongoing support to help chose the right LG TV with dual audio output and Bluetooth headphones. It all now works brilliantly. Thank you!

I spoke to & ordered via MATT who answered my questions in a professional customer focused way, he arranged for delivery of a Cambridge MXN 10 streamer from another branch as Oxford did not have one in stock.
He even rang me back on an unrecorded branch phone to take my debit card details.

First time using Richer Sounds.
The whole experience was very positive with great communication from them regarding my Naim equipment being serviced.
Everyone in the Oxford shop very friendly and helpful.

Paddy, Kaz and especially Matt all provided me with superlative customer service re: purchasing a set of Grado GW100x wireless headphones. Not only is this particular model not listed on their online database but they beat all competitors on price AND included next day delivery.
