Good advice from WHICH magazine

Good advice from WHICH magazine and I signed up for Start Rescue. Car failed to start at home and from my initial phone call everything went perfectly and a technician would be with me within an hour. In the event he was delayed by traffic but importantly he phoned to tell me and sorted out a replacement battery when he arrived. I received several calls from Call Assist checking if all was ok and a final one to check that I was happy with the service. It was exceptional!

Useless website!

Useless website! Trying to register an appliance proved impossible despite all relevant information being input correctly. Eventually your chat line confirmed information correct and referred me to a phone number where they completed registration - also confirming information correct and advising me there have been numerous complaints about the website not functioning. Not good enough NEFF and deserving of no stars in this review.

Talk about energy!

I emailed Octopus given that prices are expected to increase and my fixed contract expires in May. Rebecca suggested I could fix a 12 month contract now to replace existing in May, which I accepted and then received her confirmation within 5 minutes that my instructions had been carried out. Talk about energy! Well done Rebecca Rose!
