I have been dealing with Danny Walton who is a ROL Business Development manager at Reed. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable and, was able to put together an amazing offer for me to join Reed as a recruiter. His communication is fantastic and efficient and, always gets back to you as promised. Everything was set up swiftly. Thanks, Danny!

Purchased a QLS course Speech and Language Diploma level 5 for £98- Disputed after finding the course was TERRIBLE. Only took just over an hour despite being advertised as 80 hours learning time and wasn't anything like described. Never received QLS hardcopy certificate - did receive a CDP one without the proper course title on it when asked for one with the proper course on it was told they could do it but the QR code that certified it wouldn't work?!? . Raised with Reed who never replied and no contact options remain to take further. Just avoid its a complete scam. Look at free adult college learning I'm doing a much much better course for free that way.

The course is very informative and is broken down in simplest form , very detailed, alot of reading , you can do at your own pace. I was very consistent because I wanted to get it done , so I spent extra hours to learn and complete my course

Rugby First Aid course bought.
Poor quality, very superficial, and certainly not rugby-specific as advertised or suggested by the title. It feels like sections are simply copy/pasted from other material. Parts are factually incorrect (i.e. contrary to what more advanced courses teach internationally).
Examples: 1) It is labelled as specifically for rugby, but then uses pictures from American Football, and talks about helmet use.
2) It states not to leave a patient to get an AED as a single rescuer, when BLS/ALS, etc. state the exact opposite.
3) Very superficial, then suddenly, in anaphylaxis mentions IgE-mediated process, which is correct, but a sudden change in tack, style, and depth, which feels like a copy/paste from other material.
