I purchased a Coke City hat on 14th May from Locks in their beautiful shop on St James's Street.
I was served by Mr Freddie Dean who spent a great deal of time on helping me to select a Coke Hat then making sure the hat fitted correctly. Nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond for a very fussy customer.
The quality of both my new hat and the one on one service I received was First class and made me feel like a VIP.

This is the second time in a year I've used redrae to order Barbour jackets.
They always have plenty of stock and all the popular sizes.
On both occasions I needed my items quickly and both times they were despatched Royal mail Special delivery at no extra cost to me.
I live in the remote NW Highlands and always amazed at the efficiency of this service.

Ordered a blue puppytooth country shirt £79. Plus £7 postage.
They advertise these as a fuller size that you won't have to worry about untucking from trouser waist.
All sizes have sleeves of 36" apart from size 15 collar which is 25.5".
So for a price of £79 I thought the shirt would be something special.
Well it was, arrived in the most beautiful claret packaging and I proceeded to unpack my new 16.5" collar shirt and it fell out onto the table in a mass of material that was substantial beyond anything I'd ever seen before in a shirt.
Material felt nice and warm/smooth in brushed cotton. Collar fitted fine..... Well all that was missing was a checkered Clown suit as it fitted like a sack. I am 6ft and 13 stone so not small. The arms are one size fits all at 36" and floundered down over my fingers. The rest of the shirt draped like a shroud. Well it's certainly a fuller cut and has plenty of material.
So the shirts will fit you beautifully in the collar but will land on the rest of your torso like a Parachute.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SIZING AND DESIGNED FOR GIANT GORRILLAS.
Also not only do you have to post back at your own expense, they deduct a £7 administration fee. So £7 postage, £7 to send it back and £7 to tidy the sum spent to £21.

Bough my 357 monkstraps from CW menswear at a great price but was a little apprehensive of G Fitting as previously bought a bedale boot in a 9 G and had to put an insole in.
Questioned CW Menswear who said go a size smaller.
Ordered a 8.5 and they were absolutely perfect in size and very very slipper like. Very happy thankyou Loake and CW menswear

Good well made shoes but Evri couriers in Inverness are useless taking 8 days to deliver even though I paid for Express Delivery

I googled british made waterproof gloves back in January 22. London comfy came up with an extraordinary offer of gloves reduced from £70 to £27. Family business apparently with Anna ready to handle any queries? Nievely a placed an order thinking this was a UK product. So after 2 weeks of waiting I complained. You won't get through on phone it's a chat box. Eventually you get an apologetic email saying due to high demand they have to reorder from CHINA.!
Exactly 5 weeks and 2 days later the gloves arrived, even though I had tried to cancel order .( not possible to get a refund as gloves on the way. ) Gloves were cheap crap, wrong size as made for small Chinese hands. Guess what , the brand was not London comfy but a non descript brand available on Amazon at half the price..
So contacted Anna to get address for refund......Well guess what you have to post them back to China 🇨🇳 at your own expense!

Arrived on time even when most couriers use the excuse that we love in the remote NW Highlands.Ordered on Thursday delivered on following Tuesday morning. That's with the basic delivery charge.
Waited 2 hours with the appliance ( dehumidifier) on a flat floor on the landing.
Named the appliance Rabbie as it arrived on Burns Night morning.
Plugged it in. ... It sprang to life with a slight shudder ....Already on Smart mode and och, wee Rabbie is humming away and seems delighted in his new home on the upstairs landing.
Very happy and proud to support a British made appliance. 👏
