Not enough variety with people who know what they’re doing.
I left pure gym due to the lack of good classes & instructors. A couple years ago there was step (with Lizzie) which was amazing fun. You need fun classes to get people through the doors that will stay. We don’t all want to do the weight training thing.

Immaculate gym
Immaculate gym. Always clean, staff friendly and are always cleaning. Good amount of equipment. Please do something about members hogging equipment, dead scribbling on phones. This is frustrating especially when gym is busy. Standing waiting for equipment, when people are just playing on there phones. Some signage to ask people to be considerate, would be helpful.

Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets.

All my experiences are good At pureGym 🏋️♀️ everybody is very friendly and upbeat. The classes are great. It gets a little busy at times. Always have no trouble parking and have the option of 2 to 4 hours depending on what I’m doing.👍🏻

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym

First time at PureGym Colchester. I try to use running machine. Two available but surprised not working, no staff available to help. I cancelled the membership after that.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.

The changing rooms, toilets and showers are awful.

Rip off with staff for the program add pay
I feel disspointment with the staff because I ask them for help lose weight then they told me explain me and can't help me anything what them excuse!! Also other lady staff rude disrespectful and keep ignore text me I feel not right with them! I feel deeply sad I need help lose weight however they are rip off and sound cheat or frud because they work wage plus add other client pay them mean double wage huh for help program step to step body things so I think that's so wrong!! Sound like fraud cheat! Should free help client progress step to step body thing don't need pay! Also client only enough join gym club that all don't need add other like program waste money what for! What a selfish money for!
