First time at PureGym Colchester. I try to use running machine. Two available but surprised not working, no staff available to help. I cancelled the membership after that.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
