Excellent experience coming to this garage for a service and tyre check.
Left my car in the hands of Justin and went off shopping.
Justin phoned when my car was ready.

Always able to do the jobs on the car. This time slow puncture and worn tyre. Changed at my convenience in very quick time. Wheels balanced and swapped around to give maximum safety and service. Always recommend them for an excellent service at a good price.

The Guy in question I dealt with was South African, Tyrone, I think. Polite and couldn't do do enough, I ran out of air conditioning and car was unbearable, it was a bit of a pain to refill and complete but they done, as it was early and I was already there, I had the tracking checked too, it was waaaaaay out, so two jobs done on a random visit, couldn't have asked for more

I cannot rate this garage highly enough considering the lengths they went to to help me. I bought everything to do my own oil change from the local Motor Factors but on starting the job the sump plug mashed up as it was in so tight, so I was in a right pickle. I drove the car straight to these guys on the off chance they could look at it there and then for me (one of those typical customers that now wants the garage to get them out of a sticky situation). Incredibly Rob took up the challenge and after struggling with breaker bars, he welded the sump plug to finally remove it. He then offered to do the oil and filter change for me to save me any more trouble. Rob you literally saved my life on this one. All the guys I spoke to while waiting were also so friendly and helpful. How refreshing to actually find a garage that can be trusted. Your the best !!!

Really helpful nothing is too much trouble ran me to Tesco last week while they were waiting for a part did my shopping and collected me afterwards fantastic customer service .

Recently purchased 4 new tyres from PROTYRE Pembroke Dock. Fitting was carried out in a timely manner at a good price. Free comprehensive brake check and report also provided. Helpful friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Went to protyre in pembroke dock today to get air-conditioning sorted, the gentleman behind counter was very polite and welcoming, got my job sorted with little extras, check tyres and brakes, absolutely fantastic workers at this place and will definitely recommend and will definitely go back for any jobs that need sorting.
