Product came a day early, was a perfect fit, and the only problem I have is that my daughters both want the same color (that's not Procase's fault).

I had problems when I was trying to…

I had problems when I was trying to place an order. I tried to cancel the order before it was finalized and they ended up taking money from my bank and shipping the product. I cancelled the order then they pushed things through. I hate that they took money when I had cancelled the order. I am trying to reach them and they do not respond so that I can return the merchandise and get my money back. They are worse than SCAM.

Easy to order, pay. Shipped faster than estimate.
Fit was good, easy to use. Only negative aspect was a minor dent on the bottom edge of the cover.

This product was way lower than my expectations. The feel of the plastic case is very strange and as you handle it, it immediately fills up with fingerprints that mar the surface. I will be returning it.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible buying experience. Misleading product description on packaging and website. Support was horrible.

This company is horrible to deal with. Find another company for your own safety.

I bought a pair of -21 db kids ear muffs. this company was recommended to me by my son's music school. i hoped to be happy with my purchase. the product said they were "retractable" and "fit all sizes". Well, they were just a little too small for my son. Turns out they aren't retractable stainless steel. It's a fixed piece of plastic. It doesn't extend to fit confortably or my sons ears. When I contacted support, they were less than forthcoming about my claims, and mostly dismissive offering no real solutions. Might have been the worst customer experience I've had in my life.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.
