Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I was in Bristol for a weekend break and popped into Trailfinders to get help with a Canadian adventure for myself, my husband, and two friends next year. Fiona, a very enthusiastic and helpful young woman took me under her wing and came up with an attractive itinerary. Several times, at my request, she changed it to suit and made suggestions to improve the holiday and still keep within my budget. Fiona kept in touch with me by phone to make sure I was completely satisfied with itinerary, and when she went on holiday herself, I had Luke and Peter checking in and to answer any questions and making sure I was happy. I cannot recommend Trailfinders highly enough, and I will certainly go back to them for my future adventures.

Great customer service

I ordered 2 dresses for comparison, which arrived within two days. I had an extra 10% discount off one of them, which was great. I returned one dress and I had my refund within a couple of days which was fantastic as most make you wait upto 14 days. The dress I kept fitted perfectly, was good quality and looked stunning on. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Putting the customer first.

After doing some research I found AllClear, while not the cheapest, they offered excellent value for money. All our health issues and age were taken into account, they offered different levels of cover to choose from, all of which was explained fully by Helen who was brilliant. A wonderful lady who took her time to make sure I understood everything, and she pointed out where savings could be made and if needed in future, extras could be added. She was bright, bubbly and a pleasure to talk to.

Pricing Nightmare

UPDATE - REPLY TO BRITTANY FERRIES
I have just been into your website and after entering my details, including the size of my vehicle, travelling out 3rd July and returning 19th August. Outbound prices start from £97 non refundable increasing to £117 for flexi. I highlighted £117 for 23.00hrs crossing and when I continued, a warning triangle flashed saying 'we haven't been able to hold the initial prices of your cabins or seats' and the price changes to £349. NO MENTION OF THE INCREASE COST OF THE ACTUAL SAILING BECAUSE OF MY VEHICLE SIZE! Then I had to add £116 compulsory cabin and together with the return journey on 19th August of £300 flexi offer, brings the total to £765.
I had thought WOW! £97 bargain, fantastic offer, and I put it down to me booking so early.
I have changed my booking to a day crossing, without the need of a cabin thus saving me a chunky £200.

Navigating the website was fairly easy, I clicked the price and sailing I wanted which was £97, but when I continued it jumped to £339. Why? It was a night crossing so there was a cabin fee of £119 on top of that! I would've paid the cabin fee if I'd had the cheaper price, in the end it worked out cheaper to take an earlier crossing with no cabin fee for £258. Ridiculous.

You will need to elaborate further on where you saw the price was £97, because a sailing for that time of year would never be that low for travelling with a large vehicle. Looking both at our website and on our system now, the price on all ticket types for sailings on that day is well above £97. It is possible for prices to fluctuate throughout the booking process due to our dynamic pricing system, but it would rarely (if ever) increase by that much.

Excellent Customer Service

I rang and spoke to Shaun who helped me book my 14 night holiday to Egypt. He was very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the holiday to suit me ie hotel, cruise, meal options etc. He explained everything clearly and didn't mind going over things several times so I fully understood the package I was booking. He was very very patient, I was on the phone to him for over an hour! and he was polite and friendly throughout. Emails to confirm the booking, payment etc, were sent promptly and I have every confidence that my holiday will be fabulous.

Amazing Results

The older I get the worse my rosacea is, not just redness but bumps and pustules too. I've tried many many treatments and all promising fantastic results, but none of them worked!! The Pevonia RS2 line is the only one that works, almost straight away my skin felt cooler and didn't look so 'angry' and within a few hours I could see a big difference, the bumps were less obvious and the pustules had gone. I use the cleanser and lotion before applying the cream which isn't at all greasy and my skin just 'drinks' it in like nectar. It's amazing and now I won't use anything else. It's a little expensive but it's worth every penny because it works!!

Excellent Product

I wanted a ceiling fan/light for my bedroom ManoMano had a great selection at great prices. Ordering was quick and easy. The fan was a little bigger than expected but it's just as described. The remote control is great, you don't have to get out of bed to turn off the light! The fan and the light can be used together or independently. The fan has 3 speeds low, medium and high. You can barely hear it on low speed it is so quiet, and when on high speed it isn't to noisy. You can comfortably sleep all night with the fan on low/med or set the timer on the remote. The only negative point was the delivery company which was beyond ManoMano control.

Great Service

I ordered masonry paint online and it was delivered sooner than expected, and I was kept in touch all along. The driver was lovely. As I over ordered I took the full cans back to the store and there was no problem in having the money refunded, which was back in my account 4 days later, and all the staff at the store were very helpful, nice and happy to serve you.

Great Family Fun

Fantastic day out and so cheap! My family, ages 4yrs to 65yrs, ALL had a brilliant day. My grandson (4) was so excited, he loved driving the diggers and even beat his Grampy on 'hook a duck' great fun. We struggled to get him off the spindigger and we all had a good laugh at the Granddads stack attack challenge!!
We had lunch which was really nice and great value, and in the shop there was a good choice of souvenirs at amazingly good prices.
The staff are the crowning glory at Diggerland, they worked so hard to keep us all safe because of Covid, nothing was too much trouble they were so friendly and helpful and all done with a smile on their face.

Cheaper than Brittany Ferries!

Easy to use with a great choice of crossings at a much cheaper price than Brittany Ferries own website!! Only reason for 4 stars is you can't do multiple bookings.
