Bought a couple of items that I would like to return. The website says I can return within 30 days but doesn't provide a return address. Ive tried calling, emailing and messaging their instagram but no one has responded.

Just don't - service is non existing.
Ordered som bike parts in february, then i april i found one part defective and contacted Pedal-Pedal with a warranty claim, didn't hear anything, contacted them twice more a week apart, but unable to get any answer. Not able to contact them in any way.

According to the Insolvency Services and the London Gazette, Pedal Pedal Ltd appointed liquidators on 21 June 2017.

I can't get through to this company (several days trying) after needing to return an item under warranty. Now having to deal with Cateye directly, who have been very helpful.

Have tried on multiple occasions to get through (phone, email and voicemails) with no response at all. I would not trust this vendor - I am unsure if even in operation.

Delivery was spot on & couldn't fault but returned shorts over 2w ago & have sent numerous emails chasing up credit of these & rung & left messages and had nothing back, are they even still running as a business, getting frustrated now as I'm over £30 out of pocket now.....??

At the time of ordering it was stated on the website that my choice of wheels would be available following month however I still ordered them, and was pleasantly surprised that they were delivered in 3-4 days. Used Pedal Pedal on two occasions now and can not fault the service they offer. Highly recommend them for all your biking needs!
