NO refund on cancelled order

I cancelled an order as they kept trying to deliver to a work address at 9pm. It has not been delivered but I have not received a refund. They do not answer the phone and do not get back to my emails.

Very expensive delivery

I ordered a steal post. It arrived within a couple of days. It was slightly bent and the welding was pretty awful. The delivery charge was £25. I am in business and use a courier every single day. This was 5 times what it should have been. We have used the post - needs must, but it left me rather disappointed.

Hi Sarah, the post you ordered is not designed to be seen, it is designed to go within the composite posts, so the welds arent always perfect. We were charged £23.26 for this delivery, we try to keep the costs down but the couriers have increased massively over the last few years, we can only apologise.
