Review of nimbl
Easy to use, quick and straight forward to transfer cash to and from kids card. Unlimited transfers. Flexible so able to use online, instore and withdraw cash from ATM. Good way of tracking kids usage. Only down sides are monthly payments but reasonably priced and also unable to directly pay into bank accounts or receive payments via BACS from banks. Overall happy with it and good for younger kids but now my son is turning 15 and most of his friends transfer money via BACS to and from each other and this limits him so will be switching to more traditional account next year for this option. Otherwise very happy with nimbl and has been very useful for past few years... highly recommended

Wanted to buy some football boots for my son for an important game so needed them quickly. Ordered online and paid extra for next day delivery but item never arrived. Courier EVRI said there was a traffic incident on the day of delivery so said it would be delayed until the following day but it still didn't arrive. And then the status changed to delivered for midnight on the previous day which clearly was a lie! Very frustrating and disappointing.
Only good thing was customer service staff Maizie who I contacted via twitter and was extremely helpful and has raised an investigation into the incident for me. Many thanks to Maizie but I won't be buying online with sports direct again. Returns is also a hassle and no customer service phone number so not very accessible for those customers without twitter. Overall would not recommend sportsdirect online shopping at all
