Brilliant platform for financial learning and independence

Whilst my son is now old enough to have a regular bank account, nimbl has been fantastic in teaching him to manage money and has offered him a level of freedom that is far safer than cash, which let's face it gets lost. It's been amazing to watch him deciding if he really wants something or not, which ordinarily would have just been purchased via the bank of mum and dad. Top service, easy to use and very well priced for what you and most importantly, they, get.

Non existent customer support - AVOID!

To be honest, I'm quite shocked at just how poor Funko Europe's customer support is. You could excuse small delays in contact due to the time of year, but this is outright ignorance.

I ordered several items, and a week later someone else's order arrived, complete with their name, address and mobile number on a label under mine (Yay privacy!).

I reported this, and was then laughably asked to take 360 degree photos of the delivery box, along with photos of the contents so that they could "investigate further". I fail to see what needs investigating past their time wasting.

After this, I heard nothing until I started receiving emails saying they hadn't heard from me (As far as I can tell, stock email templates automatically sent). Reply as I might, the next thing I got was a message saying my ticket was closed, and to open a new one if I still needed help.

15 days since the order, and I'm still no further in getting a resolve, and to be honest the odds on this being sorted before Christmas given the experience is extremely thin.

I can wholeheartedly recommend that you steer clear of them for online orders.

Good value for money

Good value for money. I've been with lots of other providers, and this is a far more personal service, we're always kept up to date with what's going on with our account and it's great knowing that our energy footprint is from renewable sources.

Our bill has dropped by about 50 pounds a month, so it just goes to show that they really do pass the savings back to the customers. Can't see us leaving any time soon!

A great service, if a little expensive compared to competition.

Ultimately, the decision to pay a bit more was two-fold, they already had all of my details, so it was easy to review and pay, and in this case you get what you pay for - a solid, trustworthy service.

Lesson learnt!

I must admit that Ebuyer wasn't my first port of call when looking to purchase a new monitor. Suffice to say, my initial choice, let's call them "rainforest" messed me about horrifically over a two day period, first of all not dispatching my order, then upon retrying running out of stock and lying about the due delivery date (It would have actually arrived 3 days after the quoted date).

Ebuyer to the rescue! After cancelling my order, I looked about for similar models and ended up on Ebuyer's site. I actually ended up choosing a different model given the wealth of information available on their product pages. Good price, in stock and what's this?! Next day delivery available on orders before 11pm?! Yes please.

Checkout was a doddle, fast and secure and complimented by verified by visa for extra safety. Moments later I received a welcome email thanking me for my order, and not long after that an email stating that payment had been successful and that that was an indication that my order was being prepped for shipment.

As I write, I have received a shipment confirmation - this is a seriously fast turnaround, especially for the time of day.

This is how an online business should be run; a website that's easy to get around, fast and secure payments, and lightening quick turnaround times on orders. I can only guess that their customer service is on par with the rest of the experience, but I'm glad to say that I haven't had to use it.

All in all I'm astounded as to how professional Ebuyer are, and will certainly be gracing them with my future business. Wholeheartedly recommended.
