I love this place

I love this place. I buy all my big purchases here through the years. So fat a Martin D-16, an American Telecaster, a MIM P-Bass, a Yamaha keyboard, amps and pedals. Service is great, financing is easy and super happy with the products. I don't know what more I could ask for. Keep up the great work

Bad Communication

Ordered the guitar ive been wanting for over a year. The tech was able to get a good deal on it for the fall sale. After 3 days it hadn't shipped. I emailed the tech who placed the order. A few minutes after I received an email saying the order was cancelled due to "all samples being damaged."
Had i not inquired when were they gonna tell me? Oh BTW your order is canceled.
Been with MF since the mid 90s. This changes my opinion.

My order has wrong address. Couldn't PayPal.

During checkout I changed the address from primary. I tried to pay with PayPal and it wouldn't work, it kept saying to apply coupon or discount code to pay with PayPal... Don't understand why. So I went back and added a card payment and had to refresh the page to get any of the buttons to work. Then it reverted everything back to the primary address I haven't lived at for 15 years. Didn't notice till after payment and no way to change it. I've deleted my old addresses now, but it's after hours andI don't know how to get the package sent to the right address before it ships. Also, no timezones seems to be listed with hours of operation.

Drumsticks and downpour don't mix well

I ordered nonreturnable drumsticks and they were soaked in a downpour while I was out. The thundershowers were predicted, and the results were predictable.

The delivery person could have put them on the porch and Musician's Friend could have wrapped them in plastic.

The site told me I had $18 worth of points to apply to my purchase today - but - I was not able to apply it? The website said I need to select my payment type - I did this - but there was no way to add that credit. This is a worthless payment process that just leaves me frustrated.
