While some people might think that getting a call about Items in your "cart" is an unwanted annoyance , I thought that the more personal help from an experienced music representative was most welcomed, and extremely helpful. Actual personal customer service from a real human while online! How thoughtful and appreciated!

Certainly, this video editing program is NOT all that beginner or user friendly. I just "exported" what was supposed to be simply putting 2 clips togather to make one 45 min. long video with a music sountrack, to having a 1hour 50 min video with an hour of black screen and then a repeat of one segment, and I have no clue as to how that happened! I certainly did not tell it to do that! My biggist complaint, however, Is that I don't want any thing that is billed as a subscription. So I chose Movavi because you can buy it outright. Then , the first time thaat I try to add some musical backgroung to a video, I find that they ruined my video by adding their video AND AUDIO watermark, which was not supposed to happen If you buy the program instead of just using the free version, unless I pay for an ADDITIONAL monthly or yearly, rediculously overpriced, SUBSCRIPTION fee. Then after I agreed to pay this "EXTORTION" to free my video from their watermark, they charged my card for both the monthly and yearly subscription! The only saving grace is that their service department responded and remedied the overcharge quickly..... So, the service department is very responsive but I wish there was not such a pressing need for them to have to! Sadly, these kinds of Devious and Underhanded business practices have become the standard for internet businesses.

Real karaoke, Great selection, the ability to sing in your own key! At Home or anywhere! How cool is that. (and very reasonably priced too)
