Reached out to a gear advisor for help with a purchase. They ended up quoting me $250 more than what it was before contacting them. Only after I pointed out the mistake did they offer the same deal I had in my cart and begged me to use them so they could get commission. Pretty absurd request from someone who didn’t do their job until I forced their hand. This delay (past 3pm now) caused my shipping date to be pushed back by at least 1 day. My order still has not been processed but the payment has been taken. I know this is not musicians friend’s fault and I’ve had nothing but good experiences in the past. But the gear advisor situation was super unfortunate.
