Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Asked lots of questions regarding what I would be using the computer for. Did not try up selling me a computer I didn't need. But did give me recommendations if I was to be upgrading my video editing.

Comfortable buying experience
These guys where awesome! I walked in having somewhat of an idea of what I wanted, and having a buddy that recently purchased a PC from MetaPC, and he had nothing but good things to say. I must say they lived up to hype especially with how much gaming PCs cost. They listen and will get you what you need within your budget, I never felt hassled or the feeling that they where trying to up-sell me. 10/10 would recommend MetaPC the only feedback I'd give them is since they have a shop in Phoenix and Gilbert, its time for one on the west side closer to me!
This team will work with you no matter what to fix a unit.
The team answering my questions before buying the unit, and the team helping me fix the unit when it was acting up randomly. Amazing team

This was my first pc purchase
This was my first pc purchase, and Drew made it really easy for me. He found the parts for my all white build, even those not offered by META PCs. The PC looks and works great, all my games are being played at High/Ultra settings. I had one issue when I first got the pc and customer support responded within a day to help. At no point were these guys pushy, all the interactions I had with staff went great. Super helpful, nice and professional. I’m VERY happy with my build, I’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade for sure.
Knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy
Knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, had a great experience buying here
Great people to talk to and great pcs.
Fast Shipping and Great Support, Though Payment Issue Was Frustrating
I’m not a big PC guy and don’t know how to build one myself, but working with MetaPCs was an amazing experience overall. I reached out for help and they responded quickly, walking me through what I should get based on my needs. The whole process was easy, and the shipping blew me away—my PC arrived just 2 days after purchase.
That being said, there was one issue after I received the PC. Due to an error with PayPal (or my bank), the money I spent on the PC was accidentally returned to me. I contacted MetaPCs, and their rep Drew confirmed they had received the payment on their end, but the funds never left on mine. I had to call PayPal directly to get it sorted out, which wasn’t fun to deal with.
Overall, MetaPCs themselves were great—the payment issue seemed more on PayPal’s side than theirs—but it did add some stress to the process.
Gpu purchase
When I was in there to purchase a gpu there was sheet or price listing. I was just given a gpu with no option of what manufacturer it was. I wish they also price matched.

Fast Repair - No Charge
I brought my tower in with a mouse problem. It only took a few minutes to find and fix the problem. They also cleaned the tower. And they didn't charge me anything.
They knew what they were doing and I will definitely return when I am in the market for a new system or an upgrade.

Tested problemwith GTX 1060
Went your Gilbert store. Talked with both gentle men they were both informative. Helped me through my problem, with an GTX 1060. Honest and did what they said they would do from my phone call to your store. Thank you, Scott.

TOO EXPENSIVE!
I am a young gamer trying to get a build good enough to run most games with good frames, however I tried to get a custom build and even the lowest components costed almost $1,900!
No way on earth am I buying that when i can get the same thing for about $1,200 on any other website. Maybe if I had more money I would be able to buy this no problem, but at this time, I am not doing it.
Recommend to others though, the builds aren’t looking half bad and you will be able to run most programs. Nothing against the company, but it’s just too much.

Fast service for a semi serious problem…
Fast service for a semi serious problem with a simple solution. power went out at my place while pc was on, pc was unable to power up. Called Meta and took my PC in, tested PSU by using new PSU and troubleshooting the motherboard... Long stoy, short the MB needed to be drained from its power and was able to boot thanks to Dominic at the Gilber location!

Best Custom Build Company Out There
To make a long story short, this company is fantastic and deserves all the excellent reviews they're getting. Now for the long story; I mainly dealt with Drew, one of the customer support staff who responded to my original email about 5090 availability and what their different GPU tiers entailed. This was back in February. After looking at other companies and deciding on Meta, I contacted Drew again, and we talked about making a PC for me. I asked for a custom motherboard they didn't offer, and they allowed me to purchase it and build with it. After ensuring all my components worked, we were in business, aware that I would be waiting a reasonable amount of time for my PC due to the 5090. I paid and kept in regular contact with Drew regarding the build's progress. After a few weeks, all the parts came in minus the 5090, and I was about 14th in line to get one. Time passed, and I placed my order at the very end of February. By early April, AMD had released its new CPU, and I wanted to buy one. So, I talked with Drew and we upgraded a few parts of my build to make it even better. Later, though, they got in a bad batch of SSDs that affected my build. Drew was very on top of this and gave me a few options. I created my own and got a partial refund for the parts. Another week, Drew calls me saying the 5090 is IN. He laid out the timeline of the build process and then shipping, stating it would take about 2 weeks for the PC to be in my hands. And he was right, 2 weeks later on a Friday, UPS shows up and I sign for a beautifully big Box with some MetaPC logo tape on it. I take the boxes, detailed videos, and photos just in case as I unbox everything. Drew explained earlier that they ship the GPU separately. THIS MAKES TOTAL SENSE, I LOVE IT. I got both boxes at the same time. I unbox everything, assemble it all, slot in the GPU, and boot up my new PC for the first time. The box had several bags with extra cables and items in case I needed anything, and a folder with my order invoice inside. Also, a convenient and instructive page that goes step by step on installing the GPU and making sure you hit the power switch before trying to turn on the PC. Everything works great, and I could not be happier. Shoutout to Drew Wilcox for being the best support I could ask for, you were awesome dude, tell Zach (the owner) you deserve a raise! Also, to Jack, who built my PC, a cute little sticker on the back where all my cables were neatly organized.
All in all, I could not have asked for better support or a cooler PC. Sure, it's on the pricier side, but you're paying for the most custom PC, and I am okay with that. I will buy from you guys again if the situation arises.

Nice people, but warranty wasn't honored and ran out of time.
I bought a watercooled PC back in December of '23, got it shipped, everything was great until I had to format the PC almost a year later. The lighting went haywire and everything just went downhill from there. The tech support guys are super nice, I tried some instructions and we even got on a call to read logs because the PC kept rebooting when I tried doing anything that used the video card. Unfortunately nothing showed in the logs. I was hoping to just send it in, but I just gave up on it. Both the SDDs have gone out, but now the warranty is over so I have a $6,000 super heavy paperweight. I just simply built another PC and am using that. It is fan cooled, I've learned my lesson about watercooled, its a lot of work to maintain, not worth it IMO. That has nothing to do with Meta, I'm just saying watercooled isn't worth the extra money.

Customer Service
Underestimated this company - Shipping was quick after it was built. It looks fantastic and runs fantastic - Marcus went above and beyond keeping me updated throughout the build. Not many PC companies offer First Responder discounts either so I am very applicative of that. Facebook Page has some great upkeep videos on upgrades and info on taking care of your PC!

META PCs Is legit
META PCs custom build arrived, and I am very pleased with it. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged. The card was shipped separately, and although the outer box was damaged, the card inside was protected and undamaged. The build is clean and runs games smoothly, even on maximum settings. The case i would probably pick different if I had to do over again. Nothing wrong with it. It is just kind of meh.
They were great to work with from first contact to delivery.
