This new rig is my second Meta. From a past falcon northwest fan for 15 years I am now Meta loyal.
From Drew who helped me fine tune my rig, to prompt build time and on the money safe delivery you scor a 10.

META PCs is awesome! I highly recommend.

When I inquired about the status of my order, Drew from support responded pretty quickly (within 45 minutes!) He was very informative and happy to help, laying out all of the steps of the process.

Stuff like that really speaks volumes to how a company perceives and values its costumers and it wasn't lost on me. Very much appreciated.

From start to finish, the whole process took 8 business days. Just as advertised on their website!

We have used Meta PC twice and both times the outcome was outstanding. We were having an issue with a new 'budget' PC I bought from Amazon. I had returned it five times for repairs so of course repair number 6 was out of warranty. Meta PC stepped in and actually fixed the problem, explained the problem in layman terms, and upgraded our PC so the problem won't return again. Super professional and always fair/upfront pricing. We will absolutely buy our next PC here and highly recommend if you need any service or upgrades.

I started having some issues running games, and it turned out I needed a bios update. Took my PC to a shop, and they botched the updates. Contacted Meta, and they went out of their way to contact the shop I went to and worked with them to get my PC running everything smooth again. They kept in touch with me every day. I couldn't be happier with the computer they built me and the outstanding customer support going above and beyond for me. 11/10 would recommend.

I purchased one of the "Ready to Ship" models from Meta. It's shipped quick and was very well packaged. I had one simple question once I had it set up and they answered it quickly. Highly recommend Meta PCs.

Let me tell you somthing it does not matter what you heard or read these guys are top notch. They were willing to take my computer back and troubleshoot it for me. The amount of times I've called them to help me is insane or maybe its just me but the entire customer support team is fantastic every last person.

MetaPCs was very fast and responsive with updates regarding my order and the payment process. It only took a week to process, ship, and deliver my PC! They also left a handwritten thank you for the order contained in my package, which was very thoughtful.

There hasn't been any problems as of late and the people will respond to your questions

I love the pc, only one thing is bothering me and it's not that big of a deal. My motherboard is an ASUS tuff gaming board. When I open the armoury crate, I can change all my RGB lights except the ram sticks.

I went with a pre-built pc and love it so far! The experience was awesome and easy!

These guys are wonderful; they're like chick fil a worker on how helpful they are. They helped me on every step on updating my bios they really helped me.

The graphics card was shipped in its own box. Last PC I got had the card inside and was broken, I was worried the same would happen here but the PC was *PACKED* safely and thoroughly.

It worked right out of the box. Zero troubleshooting zero issues. My PC is working like a beast now. Way, way better than CyberPC so far.

Took my pc in for a check up on why I couldnt play a beta game I wanted to see if they can have it ready same day and they guy told me yes had it ready withing 15 min and cleaned it too im happy I found them and bought my pc from them

The customer care before and now after the transaction. These guys know there stuff and they made an effort to reach out to me before buying to help me pick the right parts. Since my PC was more for 3d modeling and rendering then for gaming they chose parts that made the build work great for my design needs. They also reached out to help me with an issue I was having with my wireless peripherals. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone out there.
