We had previously bought a double bed base mattress and headboard seven and half years ago from mattress medics. We have been extremely pleased with the support and comfort that the mattress has given us. We decided to purchase a new mattress as the advice is to change your mattress every eight years. Ellie was a wonderful lady that served us she listened to our requirements and was able to expertly guide us with her excellent knowledge as to which mattresses would be suitable for our needs. We tried the different mattresses at the store and were able to find the exact one that we needed there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were informed when the delivery would be and given the option to change it if we were not able to be at home. Matthew delivered the mattress to our home and very kindly refitted the headboard back on to the bed frame for us. He also noted that our floor was slightly uneven and called me to see where the unevenness was and said it could be easily remedied by placing something under the area that needed levelling. Matthew said it was important to ensure that the bed base was level to ensure even wear of the mattress. I was extremely thankful that Matthew had noticed this uneven floor.
