Spend 2000 kr for 2 persons and the…

Spend 2000 kr for 2 persons and the drink was a beer. Really just standard food and you will get same experience eating at Jensen Beefhouse. The Danish ribeye was really a disappointing experience and side dishes small and tasteless.

The worst experience ever ..ive booked…

The worst experience ever ..ive booked from Wednesday..then we showed at the restaurant at our booking time ...the receptionist simply says that by mistake they deleted my reservation and they can not do any thing about it ..she was very rude and didn't care at all that we derived all the way to eat dinner ...didn't even find a soultion or make it for us by some offer though it was their mistake ...she kept saying its a mistake and you can't do any thing about it ..very disappointing experience..last time ever ..I can't believe that how they treat their customers when they are suppose to be a 5 stars restaurant

Very dry steak (and they are a steakhouse right) and raw chicken nuggets for our daughter

We dined in MASH last weekend (Sep 3rd at the Tivoli Hotel location) to celebrate with our family together with my father-in-law and was sooo disappointed. I am sorry MASH, this wasn't the experience we were expecting. Our bill was quite expensive and so our expectations are high... And I can now read in the Trustpilot reviews very similar experiences from other diners.

Firstly, my daughter's chicken nuggets was totally raw inside! She said that she did not like her nuggets because it was fishy and we usually do not check her food as she is just picky but then when we tried to get a bite, it was totally raw - as in pink like a raw chicken breast!!! I was so worried she will get a tummy ache. So we told the waiter and they were not so apologetic and did not have much empathy about the situation even though I was really upset. They offered to replace her food, which was good but that is just what you naturally do.

And then my steak, which I was looking forward to a juicy Medium Well done steak all week, was super dry and looked Well Done to me. The waiter then offered to replace my steak and I was so happy, but then after a minute he came back with the same plate and said that my steak was totally fine as I ordered it. I did not feel like taking my plate back as I did not know what he did with it, but I did. I ate half of my steak feeling so annoyed, you do not say you will change my steak and then take it back!!!

Lastly, just the details, because it's all about the consumer experience right -- Our steaks were served in a big plate with no side dishes, it looked totally empty, totally flat experience. The side dishes came a few minutes after and our steaks weren't as warm anymore as we all waited for our side dishes before we start eating. They should serve the steak with the side dishes right after each other.
Three of us ordered Bernaise sauce, and they served us 1 very tiny Bernaise sauce bowl for the 3 of us to share. After corona, it is not so hygienic to do these things right, and also we only got 1 bowl even though we paid for 3 x 25kr for the Bernaise sauce!

It's the details that matter for a restaurant like this... I am so sorry MASH, I almost never write reviews but was really disappointed as our bill was so expensive and so we expect the same level of experience. I write this review so you can improve, please prioritise the Consumer Experience, it will definitely drive your business.
Unfortunately, we will never dine in MASH again, even though we usually go there at least once or twice a year in your Kongens Nytorv location.

Mixed Feelings at MASH, Copenhagen

Our experience at MASH in Bredgade, Copenhagen, was a mixed bag. The service was top-notch, fast, and without issues. The starters were tasty and got the meal off to a good start.

However, the main course was a letdown. I ordered a pricey American bone-in ribeye expecting a medium-rare, juicy delight. Instead, it was more medium and lacked the desired tenderness, feeling dry and tough.

Simply put, the steak did not justify its high cost. The overall quality at MASH does not match its prices, and for that reason, I would suggest considering other dining options

The food (steaks) are perfect

The food (steaks) are perfect, and the service is really good.

Would get 5 stars if it wasnt that expensive, but overall a really good steakhouse.

The restaurant staff in Copenhagen…

The restaurant staff in Copenhagen asked us to vacate the table during dinner because "the table is reserved again". There were 5 of us with a child. We were celebrating our friend's birthday and our table was reserved in advance. Shame on you, this is not the level of a European capital!

***We had a table reserved in advance! But we were forced to leave without finishing dinner, as someone after us also reserved a table in this restaurant. So your staff decided what time we should have dinner!!!

If you book online you will se a note regarding this,
and if you book via the phone or by mail our staff should inform you when you book, and you also get a text message that confirms this.
If this was not done I am very sorry and for sure I´ll let the staff know to remember this every time.
No matter what it is offcourse important that we let the guest know in a nice way, so everybody feels welcome in our restaurant.

ordered two medium burgers

ordered two medium burgers. both came out RAW and then when we recieved the two new brugers they also came out RAW! and when I say raw i mean it could've passed for tartar! i was then sick the rest of the day and will be contacting the appropriate food standard agency to make them aware of the standard of cooking happening here at MASH. will never come back and will advise my friends and family to stay well clear!

Regarding you feeling sick, the raw meat should not be source of this,
as many of our guests acually prefer it rare or medium rare.

Our meat is of the highest quality and freshly made every day.

Cold steak n over priced

Cold steak ! Truffel mayo 75kr ! Cold sauce ! No cozy settings ! Had to wait for 20 minutes on a drink in the bar and cost pr drink 250kr
Knocked off the red wine off tab , but was so overpriced and bad .. we sould have read trustpilot first 👀

Really bad experience

Really bad experience as for example we waited 1,5 hour for our main course.

Moreover the waiter didn’t even ask og barely looked at us when serving. We were contacting the staff by ourself to get water, wine and at last our food.

Dont recommend using money here. Spend it somewhere else where you as a costumer a the focus.
