Very dry steak (and they are a steakhouse right) and raw chicken nuggets for our daughter
We dined in MASH last weekend (Sep 3rd at the Tivoli Hotel location) to celebrate with our family together with my father-in-law and was sooo disappointed.  I am sorry MASH, this wasn't the experience we were expecting.  Our bill was quite expensive and so our expectations are high... And I can now read in the Trustpilot reviews very similar experiences from other diners.
Firstly, my daughter's chicken nuggets was totally raw inside! She said that she did not like her nuggets because it was fishy and we usually do not check her food as she is just picky but then when we tried to get a bite, it was totally raw - as in pink like a raw chicken breast!!! I was so worried she will get a tummy ache. So we told the waiter and they were not so apologetic and did not have much empathy about the situation even though I was really upset.  They offered to replace her food, which was good but that is just what you naturally do.
And then my steak, which I was looking forward to a juicy Medium Well done steak all week, was super dry and looked Well Done to me.  The waiter then offered to replace my steak and I was so happy, but then after a minute he came back with the same plate and said that my steak was totally fine as I ordered it.  I did not feel like taking my plate back as I did not know what he did with it, but I did. I ate half of my steak feeling so annoyed, you do not say you will change my steak and then take it back!!!
Lastly, just the details, because it's all about the consumer experience right -- Our steaks were served in a big plate with no side dishes, it looked totally empty, totally flat experience.  The side dishes came a few minutes after and our steaks weren't as warm anymore as we all waited for our side dishes before we start eating.  They should serve the steak with the side dishes right after each other.
Three of us ordered Bernaise sauce, and they served us 1 very tiny Bernaise sauce bowl for the 3 of us to share. After corona, it is not so hygienic to do these things right, and also we only got 1 bowl even though we paid for 3 x 25kr for the Bernaise sauce! 
It's the details that matter for a restaurant like this... I am so sorry MASH, I almost never write reviews but was really disappointed as our bill was so expensive and so we expect the same level of experience.  I write this review so you can improve, please prioritise the Consumer Experience, it will definitely drive your business.
Unfortunately, we will never dine in MASH again, even though we usually go there at least once or twice a year in your Kongens Nytorv location.
