Unprofessional and Fraudulent Experience
I wish I could give Klarna zero stars because this company has been nothing but a headache and an absolute scam. I ordered from the merchant Marni two months ago and returned the items shortly after. However, Klarna has been refusing to process my return and is still demanding payments, claiming they have not received the refund.
I contacted the merchant directly, and they confirmed that the return was processed and the refund was sent to Klarna. Despite this, Klarna continues to give me the runaround, saying they never received it. I’ve sent them all the necessary information: tracking numbers, email confirmation from Marni, and every single detail to prove that the return was made and the refund was issued. But Klarna refuses to acknowledge any of it.
On top of the blatant dishonesty, their customer service is absolutely awful. The representatives are rude, dismissive, and don’t let you explain your situation. I’ve had to repeat myself over and over again, explaining the issue 50 times, only for them to make wrong assumptions and put me on long, unnecessary holds. They don’t seem to have any interest in actually helping me resolve the issue, and it's clear that they’re just trying to avoid accountability.
Klarna’s handling of this situation has been nothing short of fraudulent. They are stealing money, refusing to acknowledge refunds, and their customer service is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I will never use Klarna again, and I will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this unprofessional and dishonest company.
