Non-existent CS

This business has non existent CS. I emailed them twice and twice they totally ignored me. I didn't get a response even weeks after they were contacted. This is not a serious company. Avoid.

Fundamentally dishonest business, dont buy

As a number of other people have commented, these people take your money and then dont honour their contract. They are in clear breach of EU and French consumer protection law and dont care. I wrote to them explain I was moving abroad three months after I placed the order, they just ignored it. No idea where the clothes I have paid for are nor have I been refunded. Do not buy from this site.

Ongoing terrible business practice.

I purchased a six pack of their briefs. I've been waiting for over a month and have received nothing but a few cut and paste emails telling me that they"re very busy (an excuse they seem to have been using for a couple of years now) and my items are being manufactured. Always very apologetic and each time offering a later proposed delivery date, all of which are continually missed. Why offer something for sale on your website if it is yet to be manufactured? Should that not be stated? To compound this abysmal service I keep getting promotional emails stating that the items I purchased (which don't seem to exist) are now on sale at 50% discount. Apparently cancelling the order is impossible too. Terrible.

Terrible Experience with Le Slip Francais - Poor Quality and Abysmal Customer Service

I recently made the regrettable decision to purchase underwear from Le Slip Francais and, to put it bluntly, it was an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish.

Firstly, the allure of their branding convinced me to give their products a try. However, when the package finally arrived in the UK, the initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The quality of the underwear was shockingly cheap and poor, making it abundantly clear that my hard-earned money was wasted on a subpar product. To add insult to injury, even the budget-friendly options at Primark UK outshine the dismal quality of Le Slip Francais.

But the nightmare didn't end there. Realizing my mistake, I promptly returned the product to their warehouse in France, a process that came at an additional cost. Little did I know that the worst was yet to come.

Over two months have passed since the return, and despite my numerous emails and efforts to reach out to their customer service, I have been met with nothing but radio silence. Le Slip Francais claims to have a sophisticated tracking system with a signature proof of delivery, but their apparent indifference to customer concerns is baffling.

The fact that I paid for the return and am now left without a refund or even a response speaks volumes about the company's lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's clear that Le Slip Francais falls short not only in terms of product quality but also in the crucial aspect of customer service.

In contrast to the abysmal experience with Le Slip Francais, even a giant like Primark, known for its affordable options, demonstrates a higher level of customer care.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Le Slip Francais to think twice and look elsewhere. The poor quality of their products combined with the company's disregard for customer concerns make them an establishment to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and seek out reputable brands that value their customers. (order number 1310493)

Warning! Avoid online business with Le Slip Francais

Further info re my earlier experience of LSF…
Getting no responses from the company, I was fortunate to find a French consumer support site called SignalConso. Run by the French Government I believe. I reported my problem to them. Within 24hrs I had a refund on the way. So a superb, fast, very efficient service from SignalConso. I will never do business again with Le Slip Francais.

Terrible service, terrible quality. Don’t buy!!

I bought a sweatshirt while visiting Paris. As soon as I got home, one sleeve just completely detached at the back. I emailed them immediately, including photos, and clearly stated I am in Canada and bought the sweatshirt in Paris. OVER TWO MONTHS LATER, they finally tell me they can’t help me (as I’m not in France and it wasn’t bought online). TWO MONTHS to tell me that? I spent $150 CAD on a sweatshirt that fell apart the first time I wore it.

Note: their response, as below, was what I finally got after over two months of emails back and forth. I told them up front when I bought it and that I wasn’t sure where. There was no delay in providing that info. Is it my fault they were understaffed? No. Or that I don’t live in France? Huh?!? I was patient and understanding the whole time - until discovering that after waiting that long, they can’t help at all.

We cannot handle a repair or a complaint without tracing the purchase of the item.
