Horrendous CS. They lie, lie, lie. Bought something from them on 4 January. Called them 2 days later to cancel the order. Several agents told me they absolutely couldn't cancel the order. Several more days passed and my order had still NOT been shipped. Contacted them again and told them I'd hit them with a chargeback. On 14 January they sent me an automated email stating the order had been CANCELLED at my request!!! For 10 days they had my money! Most other merchants will charge your credit card only after the order has shipped. I'll never shop their site again. They bombard you with marketing emails. Their CS agents speak poor English and clearly lie. One time I bought something from them that showed a manufacturing defect/flaw. They had the nerve to charge me for the return shipping. If you want discounted designer stuff, try SSENSE or END.

This business has non existent CS. I emailed them twice and twice they totally ignored me. I didn't get a response even weeks after they were contacted. This is not a serious company. Avoid.
