Great place! The guys are super helpful and knowledgable. I wanted to upgrade the speakers in my BMW so got in touch with ICM. After sending through some details of my car, they recommended a number of options, providing quotes for each. Once I'd decided the route I wanted to take, they booked me in that afternoon and had finished installing my new speakers (which sound great) just over an hour later!

Visited ICM 2 weeks ago to have a new head unit, Audison amp, & a Hertz subwoofer installed in my 20 year old E46 convertible.
The job was done professionally without any issues & at the agreed price.
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional install done & would personally use this company again.
Staff are very knowledgeable too.

Very helpful and determined to resolve any issues. In my case, I had fitted a Wireless Apple CarPlay Android Auto Interface for VW MIB 1/MIB 2 Golf MK7. Although the system worked, the touch screen wasn't aligned due to the VW being a Japanese import. However, I believed it should work, so they contacted the supplier who helped resolve the issue. Good work.
