bad experience (after a lot of good ones)
I already ordered a lot on iBood, but my last order was and still is a bad experience. I got the confirmation that my order was sent. After six day, I still had no update from the transportation company so I asked iBood to check the status. They answered me that they will look at it and that it can take 10 days before I will get an answer. I'm pretty sure they will solve it, but I paid 9 euro transport costs. For what?? I have no problem with paying for transport but when I pay I also want a decent service in return. 10 days is unacceptable to check the status of my package.

service quality
At first, I had a very negative experience with the delivery of a large item. However, iBOOD customer service (special thanks to Paul) handled the situation well by arranging a refund and helping me reorder the product with free home delivery.
Mistakes can happen, but the way a company resolves them shows their true service quality. I’m satisfied with the final solution.

Not every product they have is a real…
Not every product they have is a real discount like what i bought from them for 35 euro other website was 36 euro not 180 euro so they retail price is misleading as if you check online is same price as them and they charge expensive shipping fees and take almost 1 week to deliver my product

Worst after-sales on earth !
Hi,
I've buying nice products since almost 10 years, usually for "best prices". But, you know you can really assess a company and its services when something goes wrong.... 2 years warranty is legal. A low-value speaker (value 45 euros) has just worked for 3 weeks. So, I decided to return it (get it repaired or refunded or just send me a new one). 1st email from ibood is a 1 full page of "if we assess that the defect is not covered by the warranty, we could charge you : analysis costs, repair costs, transport costs, .....and it goes on. Now, since 3 weeks, I've sent this low value product : NO NEWS ! I've sent a request to their website : except an automatic standard reply...NO NEWS ! So, if you buy anything there, you should be ready to loose the value of it. I can't imagine what will happen with a TV or any expensive product. Worst after-sales services and i'm buying hundreds of time on Internet every year.

Quick delivery.
No refund provided when told I would get a refund
In trying to obtain a refund for a product that was not opened, that I properly sent back with attached photos of the sent package, it took over three months of emailed conversation with numerous people to get nothing. I paid for a product that I did not use, that I sent back, and did not get a refund. They did not even provide an explanation and did not answer my emails. In my view, and from my experience, this is a terrible company.

The product is good
The product is good, but the delivery time is catastrophic. This is the third time I order form Ibood, and delivery is always over a week. From Temu, it comes within 4 days, for example.
False advertising and no customer support…
False advertising and never replying customer service. They are selling MacBooks and claiming it has 2 years of warranty but indeed the products has 1 year limited warranty only in USA. Reaching their support is impossible as they never replying. Never buy expensive products from the site.

Poor customer service
I ordered a waste bin from iBOOD. The delivery was delayed for a few days, and upon arrival, I discovered that the automatic lid was not functioning correctly.
I contacted iBOOD support team immediately to request a replacement. Unfortunately, after more than a month of message exchanges, I have yet to receive a solution. I am quite disappointed with the lack of progress in resolving this issue.
I value my time and resources, and this experience has been frustrating. While iBOOD is keen to sell products, it appears there is less interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. At this point, I would not recommend iBOOD to others if they value their time and resources.
UPDATE: iBOOD quickly commented on my complaint. I sent an email on June 24th but did not receive a response within a week.
UPDATE 2: I received a full refund, but it took 2.5 months.

Ordered 2 pots in cast iron
Ordered 2 pots in cast iron, both arrived like a tennisbal, the bottom should be flat of course but was like a parabole. My money was returned but not my shipping cost.
