love the idea, the reality isnt great. the rice pasta they use is vile, subscription only, so you cant order as needed. when they change your subscription due to lacking an item it changes all order going forward so you had better remember to change it all back, their online chat, available 9-5, never has any one available. yet no one else does proper healthy food like this.

Edit, you are correct about the one off, sorry but you hide this and i had not ever noticed. As to the rice pasta, ive eaten very many gluten free pastas and most are excellent, the one you use is terrible, please change it as otherwise they would be great. as to changing, no the order was in the last stages to prepare so there was no option to edit, but there was an option to cancel it, so i cancelled it as i did not want the changes you had made to the last delivery order when you ran out of several items and changed them forever going forward. dont get me wrong, i love most of what you do, but your site is a problem. (as is that rice pasta)

where to begin, first they lied about things that would be done before moving in, they wernt. they never delt with any repairs at all, two months later still nothing was done so i decided to end the tenancy after having never spent a single night there. one month later and have had not heard a word regarding the return of the deposit. I would strongly advice to avoid them at all costs, every step with has been a nightmare and cost me circa 4 grand with nothing but wasted time to show for it.

Randomly cut my credit limit to £500 without telling me, then now have again without telling me, closed my account. By far the worst credit card provider i have ever dealt with.

While everything looked great, great price, value, order everything from one place for simplicity. IT was a nightmare. they sent in 4 separate shipments two got lost, one lost forever, getting ti was a nightmare. The mattress though is fine, overly firm i think and the foam takes too long to mould and spring back so you can end up in a well. Comfortable enough but not what id hoped for

i think this was the 4th attempt to deliver, but you actually showed up this time however the second part of the delivery you have told you me its lost and i should report it so to the company i ordered from. i hope to god they dont resend via you. In a year of having multiple things delivered every week none have been as terrible an experience as DX has been.

On the whole, iBood was great, ordered fine and had zero issues with the delivery. the only issue, and to be fair to them they did tell up front, was that the delivery would a few weeks after ordering. i do understand why but it completely sucks the fun out of impulse buying something you fancy but really dont need.
