No refund provided when told I would get a refund

In trying to obtain a refund for a product that was not opened, that I properly sent back with attached photos of the sent package, it took over three months of emailed conversation with numerous people to get nothing. I paid for a product that I did not use, that I sent back, and did not get a refund. They did not even provide an explanation and did not answer my emails. In my view, and from my experience, this is a terrible company.
