I started with the Classic a couple years back and contacted their customer support about the issue. They suggested upgrading to Hydro for more comfort - same problem. I like the packaging because it's compact and minimally wasteful, but I'm wasting too much money having to throw out new contacts almost every day because of the glitchy texture.
