They have sent the package to wrong name
They have sent the package to wring name. I have no way of collecting it. The package was supposed to home delivered, but it has been sent to a pick up point in Malmo. I dont have a car or anything to transport it. How am I supposed to get a 24kg package from malmo to Lund in train?

What has happened to Hi-Fi Klubben?
Since I was a teen I have had a thing for hi-fi klubben. I bought my first amp at hi-fi klubben and when I turned 40 years I bought for nearly 100.000 kr. of items at Hi-Fi klubben including a B&W subwoofer PV1. Now 10 years later pv1 is not working anymore why I went down to hi-fi klubben in Malmö so they can fix it. According to the support that I contacted 495 SEK will be the cost of diagnostic and then you pay for the fix. But in the shop they told me that regardless of what needs to be fixed it will always cost , minimum, 5000 sek+ for B&W products. So I said does this mean that even if a 0,25 sek resistor needs to be changed you will still charge me 5000 sek? The answer to this was yes and between the lines they indicated that , well they are the ones having access to B&W.
I love the products and I like the shop. But what I do not like is when you are abused as a customer. What happened to Hi-Fi klubben?
My plan is now to contact the Manager when he comes back from vacation.
What a disappointment!!!
