I have been a customer for a few years and then suddenly all payment options became unavailable for me except paying directly from my bank account. If credit cards and other options are communicated at website they should be available for customers. Otherwise You do not provide customer with promised service.

Very disappointed by delivery of very big and very expensive TV just to the building entrance instead of an apartment. When i bought my previous TV in other company in Sweden it was real home delivery.

There is no invoice with prices and total amount of money in the order. I got it on request later.
If you want to return any product from online order you should pay 69 krona and send buy PostNord. Prior to this you should ask Customer service for return label. Not possible to return to the shop.

Why you SHOULD NOT BUY tours from Taketours

- I bought 3 day tour from Las Vegas on the site taketours but finally it was operated by Lassen tour operator. So Taketours is a tour aggregator and not responsible for anything. They just collect money and do not guarantee the service and content. That’s why it is very risky to buy from them. When i called them as i could not find tour bus they said to call to a tour guide. They could not and did not want to help. I sent my negative review on the tour afterwards but it was not published. That’s why there are 3 mega positive reviews on this tour since they just ignore and do not publish negative ones.
- Lassen tour is Chinese company with Chinese service for Chinese tourists. All guides are Chinese and speak mostly Chinese during tours.
- First of all Lassen tour was not safe. 2 in 1 guide-driver was driving as crazy. Finally he was stoped by a cop and fined due to breaking speed limit. When he was driving he managed also to talk, call, text messages and collect money. I did not feel secure in a car with him. Inacceptable to drive like this with so many people in a van.
- There are many optional activities for additional fee but in reality they are mandatory to pay. Lower Antelope canyon was communicated and included to a tour but finally we did not visit it due to unclear reasons.
- Then the guide was really rude. I could not believe that I am in US having such bad service. But 8 dollars are collected per person per day as mandatory tips no matter what service you get.
- During 2 day tour we were supposed to have a lunch in the same Chinese fast food place which was horrible even for Chinese people. Most probably guide gets commission.
- Small inconvenient van for a long distance tour
