Abysmal customer service
I made an order and paid for it, then immediately requested a cancellation because I missed to add one item to my cart.
The order was cancelled promptly, but a refund not issued.
After contacting them, they said they did not receive a payment (I guess PayPal and my credit card company are lying to me).
After providing a transaction ID from PayPal, they said they will contact me and then closed the support ticket soon afterwards.
I'll avoid them in the future, for sure.

Great experience. From the ordering process, the payment, right to the delivery. Some other retailers requested Swedish credit card, not this one. Even got a free EUR pallet to burn in a fireplace or defend against zombies!
