Their ad popped up on a aircarft marketing site and I was curious about financing for an aircarft I was thinking about purchasing. I went through their application process, was assigned a "person", whom I emailed three times without a response. If anyone from the company wishes to reach out, I would share that info.

Visited Ramsdens in Hartlepool and left it till last minute as usual, was served by Dawn and Abby and the service was first class, giving me advice and options for my currency usuage, in and out in no time

**Stay Away!**
At first, the rep from Currency made it seem like everything would be quick and easy. He pulled my credit, said I was an A-tier buyer, and assured me we were good to go. But after that, everything went downhill.

Days passed with no updates. I followed up and told him the seller was ready to deliver the equipment and we needed to close by the end of the week. He again promised we were all set. Friday came and went—no communication. He ghosted both me and the seller.

On Monday, he finally called to ask me to unlock my credit *again*, even though I'd already done so for a full week the first time. When I finally got the financial documents, the interest rate was much higher than originally discussed—despite my strong credit. They tacked on a nearly $600 documentation fee on a $15,000 loan and wanted three payments in the first month: two right away and then the first month’s installment just weeks later.

Frustrated, I contacted another finance company. Within **two hours**, I had an approval with an interest rate 4% lower, **no documentation fee**, and straightforward terms. I immediately dropped Currency.

They wasted an entire week just to pad the deal with excessive fees and a high interest rate. I truly don’t understand how they have an A+ rating—this was one of the worst financing experiences.

I have good credit and was rate shopping to buy equipment from an auction house. They would say one thing and try to do another. Very high pressure and try to make it seem like they are doing you a favor. A total waste of time

My loan assistant Cameron Grey was polite, expedient, and very helpful. The entire process was quick and easy. I'll definitely be using GoCurrency again for my next purchase. Other lenders needed too much information that I had to dig out that seemed unnecessary.

I started an application process with them, submitted documents, have good credit and then they just ghosted me. Didn't give any explanation. Very unprofessional.

(They did eventually get back to me and told me the trouble was with them determining the establishment of my LLC. I wish they would have communicated sooner though.)

I don't know if this company is scamming or phishing, but they had me enter all of my personal and business information, told me I needed to enter my entire ssn and then informed me they couldn't set me up with a lender. This was all in the matter of a couple seconds. How could they have done a credit check that fast? No notification was sent to my email?? Should I be worried. They were recommended to me by a truck dealer.

Crooked adding in middleman fees $800 after giving final figure went with another company

Our company applied to purchase a excavator and said we would have an answer within a few hours. When they contacted me they stated the Experian had said the consumer was a minor. I told them at this time that he was 62 years old and Tyler Wessel stated he would check on it. We never heard back from him. I reached out to see if he had any updates but in 1 week, I still have not received a response.

Tyler made sure the buying process went smoothly and stayed in constant contact throughout the whole transaction.

We worked with Seth B. He was professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. We requested a loan to purchase a dozer. The original dozer we found was not the quality we thought. Seth offered to send us other similar dozers for sale. We were able to find another dozer. Seth regrouped got things all set to purchase. He made things very easy.

First of all I'm not writing this review to bash this company. I saw a used semi truck located in south Texas that I considered purchasing so I hit the link "Get Financed". After filling out the information on the application I was immediately contacted by one of their so called specialists... omg he was so nice and courteous even invited me to lunch if I ever came through the office location. Let me say this, I'm all about business. I'm 53yrs old and I've been driving trucks for 23 of those years. I have sold real estate in my 20's so I know about pre-qualification. If I tell you what blemishes are on my report, as well as my current employment status you should know whether or not I'm a good applicant to get an approval. Don't treat a potential customer as though you're doing them a favor. So I speak with the so called financial specialist yesterday only to be greeted with a very dry Good Morning. His whole attitude and energy somehow changed. This is business if I'm not qualified then just say that, you can't hurt my feelings. Instead you do a hard pull on my credit which has affected my score. I just qualified for a 50k car last year with a FICO score of 680. I have 10k+ down-payment for a 52k semi and you mean to tell me I can't get a loan? Somebody please make it make sense. So he in turn sends my file through like he's doing me a favor and haven't heard from him since. At this point even if I did he wouldn't get a response. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Fast, simple, the way machine financing ought to be!

Nothing definite up front from them. If I would of known all this when they kept coming up, I have to pay more ahead of time, after approved for 16,000, I never would of bought item. I have never in 68 years delt with a not up front deal with a finance company, as I did this one, this time. After this pays off, I will never use, or recommend them again.

The company got right onto the financing of the equipment purchase. 10 days from the time we first contacted them till the money was sent to the seller and we had the loader in place.

the additional one month rent/perdiem tacked on to the purchase is wrong. I paid the price the interest rate was accepted this fee is just wrong. but at this point I had to push forward you had already pulled my credit.
