Maybe is possible to use a program to count the orders and see in real time if you have that product in stoc or we must wait for it.

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a bunch of Makita tools, they arrived late (they wrote in the letter that we are late with the order, if you want you can cancel it, I was already waiting for more than 2 weeks), but that's okay. The tools arrived in m boxes, some had labels indicating the tool, but some were just a green box without any markings. When I asked to provide boxes with markings or send stickers for them, they replied that this was not their problem and that I could print them out or order them at my own expense. I am very angry. No service, customer service is disgusting, delivery is very bad. This company should be banned by everyone. They are only interested in money and do not want to be responsible for the quality of the services provided.

We have suffered a lot of damage due to this non-delivery. We have already contacted the DHL courier, who is responsible for the shipment, who claims that the goods have been returned to you. We have tried to inform you that the goods had to be delivered to the naval port of Schiedam. It was sufficient to leave the goods with the concierge, who would inform the contact person. We now have the ABSOLUTE ability to resolve the problem quickly and therefore we ask you if we can reschedule a new delivery by carefully following our instructions. Although the website said all products I wanted to purchase were available, I received an e-mail one day later saying one product was perhaps not in stock. They did not specify which product, or what would happen to the rest of the order. One day later, same e-mail. I tried to call, whatsapp, and e-mail, but there is no communication at all.
They promise next-day delivery, but this is false. There is a complete lack of clarity about the order, products, delivery, restitution, etc.
Update (1w later): how is it possible that this platform is still the only way you have replied to my questions. I have called, e-mailed, chatted, whatsapped, e-mailed again, tried the chatbot, everything. Please see your mailbox asap.

I hve ordered a bunch of tools a week ago, which were supposed to get to me the next day, all the products were in stock. 7 days later, i have no news from them. Terrible!
Edit: GC is trying to tell me they warn me that not all products are directly available. Not a "sorry" about the whole situation. So i double checked the mail with the order confirmation, there's no warning there!! Indeed, they replied to one complaint that i issued, telling me that some products are not available for the moment. But that happened long after i have placed the order. At the time i placed the order, ALL products were immediately available. Lease stop blaming customers for your lack of professionalism. 8 days now, still didn't get the order, nor a refund. Still terrible!
