This company does not deserve even one…

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a bunch of Makita tools, they arrived late (they wrote in the letter that we are late with the order, if you want you can cancel it, I have already been waiting for more than 2 weeks), but this is only one problem. The tools arrived in m boxes, some had labels indicating the tool, but some were just a green box without any markings. When I asked to provide boxes with markings or send stickers for them, they replied that this was not their problem and that I could print them out or order them at my own expense. I am very angry. No service, customer service is disgusting, delivery is very bad. This company should be banned by everyone. They are only interested in money and do not want to be responsible for the quality of the services provided. From this case, the Makita tools that I like now make me think about changing them because Makita has such a terrible sales partner
