I open trades in hedge it's mean trades were blocked. If the buy trades were in profit and sell trades were in loss, they should've been closed reflecting that status. However, I'm seeing that all trades were closed at the same time. How did both buy and sell trades in a hedged position close in a loss? With hedged trades, since positions are blocked and profit/loss offset in real-time, if margin requirements led to closure, one direction should've closed in profit. My account number is 5915189.

Scam broker 100% they unverified my account after making profit and then they asked for face verification I have completed the face verification after that I joined zoom meeting with them and still they say I didn't meet KYC requirements and I'm still saying that if you need any clarification about KYC I'm available anytime anywhere anything I can provide them
