Bought a key, waited 3 hours, no key. Went to sleep and woke up to an email that had arrived about 6 hours after purchase. Instructions to link steam profile address and accept a friend request to be gifted key. Sus af but I have 2fa on steam so went for it. Didn't receive friend request or gift, website then tells me the game is the wrong region. Thankfully paypal refunded me right away - they must be used to this bullshit website.
After I got my instant refund, gaming dragons emailed me to ask why I'd disputed the payment - even though the dispute tells them everything they need to know.

Ended up paying a little more on K4G and received my key instantly.

No contact and no live service after purchase, very dodgy website and I regret using. Thankfully I used paypal and so can get my money back.

Region of key was incorrect. Requested refund, but they only removed the incorrect product key from my links. Never refunded, ended up going through PayPal to get my refund.

Customer service was rude the whole time. Don't buy anything from this company or its parent companies (UGK Games).

Google mail account was attemptedly hacked 20 mins after purchase, key did not work either, avoid, scam hackers. DO NOT FILL IN THE PERSONAL DETAILS IF YOU MAKE AN ACCOUNT!

I ordered a game new game for a cheaper price on the website, overall it was a pretty fast process. The only thing that bothered me is that you have to send them your id for verifying after purchasing the game. The support team was very friendly and helpful. You have to use a VPN to redeem the game key but they had a really helpful explanation how to do it with a free vpn for android, ios and Windows. Overall I am pretty happy except of the verification stuff.

I bought a an x-box redeem code and it works! I do not understand the 1 star people. Read the instructions and it will work! Worth the price!

Bought two keys for steam, one of which led me to a torrent to download the game and the other was a steam key which was already used. scam web site, don't spend your money here.

Worst service ever, seling partially working games and when you ask them for a refund they just make jokes of you, even if you didnt use the code.

What confirmation of my personal details would do??? Why this wasn't told me before I placed an order or before confirming purchase? Like the thing about VPN????

Everything went perfect.
Clearly noted I needed a vpn to activate.
With the key was a good tutorial how to activate the key with vpn.

Customer support similar to talking to a child.
Took almost a full day to get the key after the pre-order release

I bought a key from them for my xbox series x last night and everything went well, just not as fast as I'd hoped. I had to wait overnight but then it showed up in my email. First off, nothing here is stolen. They are simply unused keys from other parts of the world so yes, they are region locked. They will walk you through the process but if you know how to use a VPN you are already good to go. It's a global market people. They sell the exact same game for $5 or less in Argentina that they sell for $60+ in the US. Think about that...

Excessive fees ruin the prices! Therefore no shop recommendation!
