Excellent customer service from start to finish. Literally can't fault the guys that delivered my order they didn't stop👌 Communication was great and more than happy with everything as all looks spot on.

We have just received our new furniture and are delighted by the excellent service and installation. We were given the delivery time slot the day before. The delivery team called on the day and provided a delivery time - which they met.

Stu and Ste are a great team. Very polite, informative and efficient in assembling the two sofas. We were kept informed along the way of what they were doing and given all we needed to know. Stu and Ste are great ambassadors for Furniture Village.

The sofa is extremely comfy we are very happy with it. The delivery service was excellent with prompt updates on delivery times. Paul & Tom we’re polite and professional taking extra care to put on clean over shoes to protect our new carpets whilst bringing in the sofa

Robbie and Graham arrived this morning to deliver my sofas. I'd received a text the previous evening giving a 3 hour window of when they would arrive. This morning i received a text an hour before they would arrive in a 15 minute window. They arrived within the time stated. From start to finish the lads were completely professional and polite. I'd just had a new carpet fitted and they put down a runner and wore shoe protectors so not to cause any damage. They got the large sofa into the room with ease and confidence. I would thoroughly recommend these 2 for any future delivery. Thanks

They took care will the sofa & removed all of the waste &asked if everything was what we ordered.

Don’t see the point in giving time frames for delivery wasting time sitting around all day waiting for no communication then finally getting it 5 hours later then time frame. Driver was very apologetic and couldn’t understand why he had our delivery anyway. We live in the same town as the warehouse so really couldn’t understand the delay

Great service Instore, lead time for items was longer than we would have liked but perhaps to be expected given all pieces are made to order. Delivery team were fantastic, Choppy & Mike arrived on time and were more than helpful helping build the large table, 8 chairs and then 5 bar stools. Both gents were a credit and couldn’t do enough.

The communication for delivery was great. Both the guys who delivered the heavy sofa bed worked their socks off to get it into the house, with as little disruption as possible.

We ordered a 180cm bench to be picked up from the Warrington delivery hub.
Easy process. Special thanks to Ian who carried the 30 kg package on his own and carefully put it in our boot 💪💪

WOW! Old school customer service! By this I mean just perfect customer service and care! Phil who served us was incredible from start to finish, listened never rushed us, no pressure, full of knowledge on all we asked and was funny, kind and yet still highly professional. My son and I left feeling like we had a lovely day out! I have not been this impressed with service from a company in years! And it doesn't stop there!!! The delivery was unbelievable! Fantastic, quick, efficient, curtious. It was unbelievable to see how they got my large, new , beautiful couch in my house which has not been easy for anyone to get furniture in yet Paul and Tom did it with ease and care!! I was astounded! These three men working under your company deserve recognition . The couch is incredible, supportive, exceptionally made and I could not be happier. I will never buy a couch from anywhere else after this incredible experience. A******** company. This was Aintree Liverpool store I HIGHLY recommend it!
