Furniture arrived later than we expected but we were kept informed of the time and the delivery drivers were courteous and efficient

My leather sofa was delivered securely packaged as per the previously advised time slot, It was quickly assembled and the electric recliner mechanisms on all 3 seats were tested. All packaging was taken away by Matt and Joe.

Everything went as planned, and am pleased with the furniture. Scott and Mark did an excellent job in setting up the furniture 👍

Great communication regarding delivery window and once Matt and Terry had introduced themselves they worked efficiently assembling our order.

Hercules and Kamiz were absolutely excellent Home Delivery Specialists! Warm and friendly from the get go, minimal stuff for us to move for them to get the boxes into our house, assembly was quick and efficient, they dressed it to make it presentable before showing us all the features, helped us move it into the perfect place, and left us with a care guide and Alan key for any loose legs in the future.

Couldn't have asked for better team members to deliver our sofa to us! 10/10.

Although they turned up later than scheduled, they immediately apologised and set themselves to work on assembling the dinning table. Excellent and polite respecting the home by protecting all items.

The 2 drivers and fitters were absolutely top notch. Punctual and very polite they got my bed into position and fitted perfectly. Couldn’t fault the service they provided.

Matt and Terry arrived right on time, delivery and placement of sofa was quick and exact. Matt pointed out a defect which had occurred at some point prior to delivery (damage to box and scuff to rear of corner segment), told us he would contact main office through app to inform them. Both delivery men were polite and efficient. Very pleased

Drivers were excellent and great ambassadors for Furniture Village- very considerate of carpets and furniture assembled and all packaging removed.

Great modular sofa delivered by James and Jason. They took great care in delivering to a first floor lounge. They treated my home with care and put together the sofa quickly and expertly. Great team. Thank you:)

They delivered the furniture correctly. However the four seater sofa has a missing leg which they should have fitted and which we only just noticed. However are you going to correct this?
