My wife and I had been using Fuelhub for over a year when the opportunity came in my business life to partner with them too. Our business allows business directors / founders to have membership to our organisation. Our theme is business and health, fitness & wellness, with nutrition being a part of that healthy mind, healthy, body healthy business mantra we live on. Most business events have low quality / high calorie / wrong macro food and I have always wanted the food to be a dependable feature of our events.
Fuelhub corporate / B2B team have been amazing, providing meals for our in person events at least once a month. The quality of the communication, service and delivery has been as high as the quality of the food - which is by far the best of it's kind. The creativity of the Fuelhub meals are unrivalled, the quality of the produce is so good and the nutrient dense / macro balanced meals have enabled us to provide our members and event community with high quality meals everytime. It's good quality food
It's good quality food. It helps me because I'm very lazy with meal prep and cooking...I can't get consistent with portions nor can I be bothered to actually cook.
FuelHub gives me a good variety for my evening meals and this stops me ordering takeaways.
The menu changes here and there - which is good but sometimes they remove my favourites (fish and chips) for a bit.
The only thing I wish they'd change is if your meal choice isn't available, they pick another one and you don't know about it, until it's delivered.
A choice of either a credit for the meal (comes off the next order) OR a chef's choice is the correct way to handle this.

Great meals but massively flawed
Been with the company for a few months. The meals are tasty and obviously set up for a great nutritional meal after my training.
Stops me ordering rubbish and has cut my portion control size in half.
The issue is as follows;
You have to lock in your meals every week, so if like me being self employed and very busy it’s a faff so they send you chefs recommendation which obviously you’re not going to be thrilled about.
I’ve had 75% of my meals delivered wrong or damaged by DHL, another issue but for another day. Then I had a human error one week so I got sent the wrong meals that week.
Just got back from holiday and got another chefs recommended meal box which I won’t eat almost all of.
Even though I did go on the website and choose my meals beforehand but it hasn’t chosen them for some reason?
One thing I will say is the customer service is usually top notch but this last reply was “yea you have to choose so it’s pretty much up to you” a little bit patronising to be fair - I wanted to just lock in my meals as l’m a creature of habit and would happily eat the same meals for weeks on ends, I choose the premium meals I might add which cost more. Rump steak, salmon etc
Still have to choose weekly though! great meals but flawed ordering and wrong meal selection issues I’m afraid. I’ll be cancelling my sub.

I used them 2 times and the taste was great. But in this weeks delivery unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The fish&chips came with fat in the box, also their new produxt beef stragannof’s taste is also not good and I throw up to bin both beef stragannof packages.
